TelcoBill features at a glance

Bill Presentment

Access bill information of all invoice periods including access to paper invoices in PDF form. Invoice information is grouped within several levels and can be customized to contain any related data.

Cost center hierarchy with arbitrary number of levels

Create hierarchically structured cost centers. Associate employees and their details (such as name or email) with corresponding cost centers.

Real-time analysis functionality

Interactively analyze all billing data over an arbitrary number of billing periods. Billing data can be filtered or analyzed according to various criteria, for example per subscriber or per charge type. Summarized data exists per subscriber (monthly charge, one time charge, discount etc), and individual CDRs can be analyzed for each subscriber or cost center. Results can be viewed in tabular or 2D/3D graphical form.

Cost allocation and split bill reports

Assign charge elements to hierarchically organized cost centers. Split bills to separate personal and business calls: costs are allocated and split according to user-defined rules for any charge covering all fixed line and mobile voice and data services. Distribute discounts onto lower level subscriptions using equal distribution, value based distribution or free distribution with percentage figures.

User logins and privileges

The application features different access levels to selectively enable or disable application functions for individual users. For each customer, one master login with a specific access level is defined. All accounts of this customer are associated with this master login. The master login can create any number of additional sub-logins with the same or reduced privileges. The master login defines and maintains the customers cost center hierarchy and grants selective access for the sub-logins to individual subsets of this hierarchy.

Standard and user customizable reports

Generate reports for selected invoice periods and cost centers for call value and call duration/volume, destination, on-net calls, day of week or day of month. Customers can create their own reports and store them for later use. Results can be displayed, printed, downloaded or forwarded by email.

Download and email functionality

Download and email all reports, directly or at predefined dates. Likewise, cost allocation reports can automatically distribute telecom cost information to cost centers within the customers ERP system.

Threshold and alarm functionality

Create watch points and have them reported. For example, define watch points for amounts higher or lower than x percent compared to the previous billing period, costs above a certain amount, calls to premium numbers, calls to international numbers, or watch points for selected users/subscriptions. Exceeded thresholds are presented on the Telco- Bill welcome page. Corresponding alarm notifications can be issued by email and/or SMS.

Inventory management

Define and assign inventory items and phone numbers to any cost centre. Inventory items have a selection of predefined attributes (such as description, contract info, handset model and type, handset number (IMEI) and SIM card number (IMSI)). Customers can define their own attributes in addition to the predefined ones.
