In 2010 we focussed on the development of the latest release.
Main new features:

• tagging: easy customized extensions such as cost centers, persons, locations.
• administration console: comprehensive overview of all application related processes, health state and logs
• GUI improvements: breadcrumb trail in bill drill down, improved dialogue interaction

As a result of the success of TelcoBill, a reorganisation within Ergon leads to a substantial increase in the number of available engineers to support the future developments.

After the successful introduction of a stripped down version in 2008, UPC decided to provide a full featured TelcoBill to their customers. In addition to the upgrade, TelcoBill was integrated with a new billing system at UPC NL.

Versatel, the third-largest infrastructure based provider in Germany, upgraded to TelcoBill for their business customers in order to provide a more versatile and powerful tool with an intuitive user interface.

UPC Netherlands, a part of the European UPC group decided for TelcoBill as their bill presentment and bill management solution for business customers. Meanwhile, a trimmed-down version of the solution went live with the full featured product to follow in 2009.

Deutsche Telefon Standard AG is a leading IP-Centrex Business solution provider for SME in Germany. They are using TelcoBill completely integrated in their customer facing solution to provide statistics, trends and call analysis.

TelcoBill's new matching module combines matching data from different billing systems. Resellers can easily analyze their revenue based on various criteria and even down to single call level.

Ergon updates its TelcoBill website with the new corporate identity/corporate design.

Ergon integrated TelcoBill into the new service offering by Litecom within a record period of only 4 months. Litephone, the new solution for broadband cable operators using TelcoBill to offer better services than other wholesale providers.

Litecom, a subidiary of several powerhouses in Switzerland will offer Litephone, an advanced telephony service for cable operators in summer 2007.

Ergon will be present with a TelcoBill customer at the upcoming EXPP Summit in London.

Extensive performance tests show that TelcoBill is capable of handling even large customers doing analyses over several ten thousand lines and millions of CDRs in real-time while maintaining excellent scalability. Further information and detailed performance data available on request.

Telenet in Belgium, a leading provider for telephony, internet and television services is now live with their solution "My Bill" based on TelcoBill.

Version 2.1 of TelcoBill released.
