Toon Devroye, Telenet: Due to the TelcoBill implementation, Telenet is able to respond better to an increasing demand for high-performance bill analysis and reporting. TelcoBill allows Telenet to move some complexity related to specific customer needs from the paper bill to the TelcoBill application. This allows the customers to manage invoice data themselves, which resulted in decreased internal operational activities at Telenet. The customized TelcoBill implementation has been realized in a narrow time frame of 4 months, which is proof of the good collaboration between the Telenet and Ergon teams.

Deutsche Telefon Standard

Deutsche Telefon Standard is Germanys only operator that specializes exclusively on network-based IP-Centrex-Solutions. It adresses primarily SME and is the only provider worldwide, that enables the customer to access all telephony settings using a simple web browser. TelcoBill is completely integrated in their customer facing solution to provide statistics, trends and call analysis.

Nexphone

Nexphone bought Litephone in 2010. Litephone has been on the market since summer 2007. Nexphone uses TelcoBill for their resellers as well as for the end users. A unique feature matches calls rated by two different billing systems, relating the calls' costs to their revenues. This allows resellers to quantify their profits down to a single call. Using the flexible TelcoBill-engine those profits can be summarized and analyzed based on any desired criteria.
